8.30am: Tour guide pick you up at hotel with minibus
9.00am: Enjoy welcome drink at TraQue Culinary Village
9.15am: The guide will provide clothes, hat.
9.30am-10.30am:The guide will take you around the herb garden. There you can join in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. Learn how to rake the ground, sow, water, and pick herbs.

  • In the garden, you will choose vegetable. You will need vegetables when you cooking.
  • After that you will come to lake, you will explore how to fishing with rudimentary tools and learn how to preparing traditional food of Vietnam

10.30am: Go to spa and enjoy foot massage about 15 minutes (extra money)
10.45am-13.30am: Go to area cooking school and teacher show you make 4 main food
How to make:

  • Green Papaya Salad with shrimp
  • Hoi An Crispy Pancake
  • Deep fried fish/ Fish in a clay pot
  • Grill eggplant with green onion sauce

When the meal has been prepared we will enjoy what you cooked.
